中国农村正在进入一个新的发展阶段．其特征是伴随短缺时代的结束，农业增长方式从数量增长型向质量增长型转变．从增长阶段走上发展阶段。与此同时，农业生产关系又面临一次重大变革：农业企业化和公司制将成为中国农村２１世纪面临的新任务，并与这一制度的要求相适应，逐步建立起完善的农村社会保障体制。

Agriculture Corporatization: the New Task of China's Agriculture in the 21st Century

Chinese countryside is entering a new developing phase. Its characteristics are the transformation of agricultural growth pattern from the quantitative growth to qualitative growing, from growth phase to developing phase with the ending of scarcities. Meanwhile agricultural production relations confront a vital change: agriculture corporatization and corporate system will become the new task of China's agriculture in the 21st century. The perfect social welfare network in the countryside will be gradually established so as to adjust to the new system.
