家庭旅馆目前已经成为中国住宿业重要的一部分,由于大多数家庭旅馆位于农村,因此,它的良性发展对于带动农村产业转型、农民脱贫致富至关重要。家庭旅馆的产业政策推动了日照家庭旅馆的诞生,并且决定着日照家庭旅馆的发展方向。结合中国家庭旅馆的发展轨迹,尝试性地对家庭旅馆的类型进行划分,可以正确的把握中国家庭旅馆形成的动力因素,可以为政府制定和出台积极的产业政策提供一定的借鉴意义。

Analysis on Dynamic Factors influencing the Development of Chinese Family Inn based on Research on Rizhao Family Inn

The family inn has become an important part of Chinese lodging industry,but a majority of family inns lie in the countryside,so the benign development will promote the transformation of rural industry and farmers' enrichment.The policy of family inn drove the appearance of Rizhao family inn and determined its developmental orientation.According to the development path of Chinese family inn,this paper tried to classify the family inn,understand the driving factor to form Chinese family inn,and offer a certain suggestion for the government to make active industrial policy.
