西部农村经济发展与增长——农民全面减负之后

本文从西部农村近几年的经济收入状况分析,从2005年起国家全部取消农村税费以后,经济增长与发展仍然受诸多因素制约,指出政府的减负不是有效途径。提出保护农民的种粮积极性关键是要提高农民收入。同时提出政府应当发挥应有的职能作用。

Western countryside economy development and growth——after farmers fully reducing burden

In this paper, we analysis west country recently several years economy income. In our country, cancel the total duty and tax for farmers from 2005, farmers` economical development and increase bearing a good many factor restriction. We point out governments cancel duty and tax were not efficient approach, the key of improving farmers income, protect farmers planting positivity. At the same time, bring forward government should be exert some functions itself.
