| Abstract: | The paper set forth the basic annotation and function of financial system arrangement. By analyzing the financial relationship under the model of Cooperation between University and Enterprise in higher vocational institutes as well as the examples of successful financial system arrangement in Zhejiang province, the author made the suggestion that efficient financial system arrangement should lay emphasis on the total construction of system environment, system design and implement mechanism. |
