| Abstract: | Government regulation failure in transitional period has both universality and particularity.To overcome regulation failure and ensure the effective working of market mechanism is the common task of market economy country in transitional period.In this paper,analysis suggests that restructuring regulation governance system plays an important role in overcoming government regulation failure and improving government regulation. |
