| 摘 要： | 今天，中国地质矿产经济学会第六次会员代表大会在北京隆重召开，这次会议是中国地质矿产经济学会的一次换届选举大会，是学会继往开来、承前启后的一次重要会议。开好这次大会，对促进学会的建设和发展，具有重要意义。在此，我代表国土资源部，向大会的召开表示热烈的祝贺!向出席会议的各位代表，并通过你们向长期奋斗在地矿行业的全国广大地矿工作者，致以诚挚的问候和崇高的敬意!借此机会，我谈三点意见：
