| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆业务外包是时代发展的必然趋势,本文对我国高校图书馆业务外包的产生及现状进行了简要的介绍;重点对我国高校图书馆业务外包的利与弊进行了较深入的理性分析;并提出了完善高校图书馆业务外包的对策。高校图书馆在实施业务外包时,要考虑的是哪些业务必须由自己完成,哪些业务可以外包给其他单位来完成,这一决策的关键是把握住图书馆的核心能力。
