解决昆明城市建设中水资源问题的对策

昆明市及其周围地区降水不丰富,水资源紧缺,属于水源型缺水城市;同时,昆明市的主要水源地滇池的水受到严重污染.水资源问题已成为经济社会发展的重要制约因素,成为各级政府部门及有关部门关注的焦点.从多角度分析了昆明地区水资源紧缺及其产生原因.解决缺水问题需要采取新的管理制度,科学规划,实现水资源合理开发利用、优化配置;加强水环境保护;引水济昆是滇中地区社会经济可持续发展的根本出路.

Countermeasures of water resources for the development of Kunming city

The precipitation of Kunming city and its surrounding area is not rich and the city is short of water resources . In the meantime, the main water sources of Kunming city-Dianchi lake is seriously polluted. The water resources has become an important restricting factor for the social and economic development of Kunming city and a key point attracting attention of all level governments and related departments. This paper analyses the water shortage condition of Kunming city and its causes. The countermeasures to solve the water shortage problem are to adopt new management system, to plan scientifically, to realize reasonable development and utilization and optimal allocation of water resources, to strengthen water environmental protection. The water transfer for Kunming city is a fundamental way for the sustainable social and economic development of the middle area of Yunnan Province.
