| 摘 要： | 《管理学》作为MBA专业硕士研究生开设的核心课程之一,在MBA的培养体系中具有重要作用。论文针对MBA的培养目标、培养方式、学生特点,运用群体动力学、协作学习和协作知识建构理论,构建MBA《管理学》教学模式,提出基于协作知识建构的《管理学》教学六步骤,旨在提高MBA教学质量和水平。

| Abstract: | Management as one of the core course that was offered for MBA professional master and is very important in the MBA culture system. Contraposing training goal, training pattern and the students＇ characteris tics of MBA, this paper builds the teaching model of Management course for MBA that utilize the Group Dynam ics, Collaborative Learning and Collaborative Knowledge Building theory, and come up with six steps of Manage ment course teaching basic on the Collaborative Knowledge Building theory. This paper aims in improving the quality and level of MBA teaching. |
