对长沙市“主题酒店”融入湖湘文化的思考

经过十来年的发展,主题酒店在中国逐步规范化、标准化,而且探索出一种有中国特色的发展模式,即主题酒店与地域文化的融合。通过调研发现长沙市的主题酒店在建设时缺乏与地域文化———湖湘文化的结合,从长远来看这将制约长沙市主题酒店业的持续发展。本文在对长沙"主题酒店"发展现状进行剖析的基础上,提出了将湖湘文化融入长沙"主题酒店"的三点建议,即选择适当的文化题材、创建湖湘文化主题酒店,构建完整的主题酒店产品和服务组合,融合酒店的企业文化与湖湘文化。

Cultural Integration of Huxiang Culture into Theme Hotels in Changsha

Theme hotels are running more and more regularized and standardized in China after over ten years＇ development. And a Chinese-style mode has been developed, integrating regional culture into regional culture-themed hotels. However, a market research shows that Huxiang Culture hasn＇t been well melted into theme hotels in Changsha, which will restrict the sustainable development of the hotels in the long run. Based on the analysis of current status of theme hotels in Changsha, this paper make a suggestion on how to integrate Huxiang Culture into Changsha＇s theme hotels, i.e. choosing the suitable themes and constructing Huxiang Culturetheme hotels, making up a complete mix of theme hotel product and service, integrating enterprise culture with Huxiang Culture.
