| 摘 要： | 苏南地区以其良好的经济和社会条件,在新农村建设中走在全国前列,其农村劳动力基本实现充分就业,但只是低水平和低层次的充分就业.在苏南产业结构升级的形势下,农村人力资源边际生产率递减的趋势将趋强,这是苏南新农村建设的隐忧.依托苏南区位优势,培育联系城乡的农村人力资源市场,注重农村人力资源开发将是苏南新农村建设取得长期成效的必然要求.
