In order to solve the funding problem of small and medium enterprises in China, referring to the foreign experience in supporting the finance of small and medium enterprises in U.S.A. and Japan, we can draw some lessons from it. There are three aspects that we should take actions. The government should set up some policy banks to offer financing support to small and medium enterprises on credit support and credit mortgage.Small and medium sized banks should be encouraged to develop. And it is time to set up the capital market and risk investment fund.
