摘    要:人才问题事关企业兴衰成败,企业需要一支与其形势、目标任务相适应、相匹配的人才队伍。文章提出全面落实科学人才观,努力构建充满生机与活力的人才工作体制和机制以及加强对人才工作的组织领导的对策建议,从而为实现企业转型升级提供人才支持和智力保障。

Abstract:Talent relates to the success of an enterprise,while an enterprise needs a talent team that matches enterprise’s general situation and goals.The paper holds that the scientific outlook on talents should be fully implemented and a working system full of energy and vitality should be constructed.It also suggests that we should improve the organizing and leadership on talents’ work,in order to provide support and guarantee with talents and intelligence for enterprise’s transition and upgrading.
