| 摘 要： | 当前，地勘单位是困难与机遇并存。文章认为，要从地勘单位的特点及客观实际出发，实事求是地看困难；要以科学决策、清资减债、抓管理、开源节流等措施积极稳妥地寻求解决困难的办法；要以转换机制、深化改革寻求发展的路子。

| Abstract: | At present, difficulty and chance coexist in geological prospecting units. The paper considers safe and effective method (such as scientific policy-making, enhancement of management, etc,) should be made according to the character of geological prospecting units and practice. Transform of mechanism and further reform also should be taken as the way of development. |
