借鉴国外经验提高我国自贸区农业谈判质量

近年来,全球自贸区发展迅速,各国政府极为关注,不仅在自贸区农业谈判问题上给予高度重视,同时在具体谈判上积极争取多种多样、切实可行的处理方式与方法,具有很强的代表性和示范作用,如争取较大比例的敏感产品、对关税进行灵活处理、设置审议机制和特殊保障措施等.我国对外自贸区谈判也取得了重要进展,其中农业谈判问题复杂、具有难度,因此,借鉴国外自贸区通行做法和经验,对提高我国农业谈判质量具有重要意义.
