山区(林区)农村稳定与经济发展

稳定是改革与发展的必要前提。我国是一个多山国家，山区农村占有相当比例，但山区农村又是主要的贫困地区。近年来，由于山区经济发展缓慢，农民生活普遍比较困难，加之多方面的影响，农村不稳定因素增多，直接关系到整个国家的改革与发展。必须从认识上、组织上、政治上予以重视，寻求切合实际的山区综合开发方式。只有经济发展了，整个农村才会更加稳定。

Rural Stability and Economical Development in Mountain Region of China

Stability is an essential prerequisite of reformation and development. Mountain rural regions cover large area of China, where are the main impoverished regions in the country. Recently, mountain rural economy grows slowly, and the living standard in the regions is lower than country's average level.Increased instability in the regions, combined with other factors, will effect the reformation and development in China. Therefor, we should pay attention to the stability of the regions, and look for suitable ways of multi-level economical development for regions. only with a developed economy, the regions will be more stable than ever before.
