河北省专业外贸公司战略转型研究

本文认为,外贸企业有三种转型战略:一是实业化和多元化投资战略;二是中小制造业集群的出口中间商和虚拟经营战略;三是多元化贸易平台战略。而要真正实现转型,首先,要进一步调整产权结构,建立现代化的公司治理结构,实施有效的激励措施。其次,要实施组织变革,建立与公司发展相适应的现代化企业组织。再次,要加强信息化建设,实施业务流程再造,完善基于网络平台的信息管理系统和电子商务。

Research on the Strategic Transformation of the Specific Foreign Trade Company

The author puts forward that there are such three strategies for transformation, namely, the industrialized and diversified investment strategy, the exporting intermediates and virtual operation strategy of the small and medium manufacturing clusters, and the diversified foreign trade platform strategy. To actually realize the transformation, we should promote the restructure of property right, make innovation in the organization and strengthen information construction.
