| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济一体化步伐的加快,国际资本的跨国流动日趋活跃。对外投资,特别是我国民营企业的对外直接投资,对我国经济发挥着日趋重要的作用,成为国民经济中极其活跃的组成部分。本文主要对我国民营企业在新环境中积极开展海外投资的相关问题进行阐述。

| Abstract: | With the quick global economic integration paces,the transnational flow of the international capital becomes more active.Investment abroad,especially the foreign directly invest to the enterprises running by the local people of our country and the impact to the economy of our country are playing an important role day by day,becoming an extremely active component in national economy.This mainly explains the enterprises run by the local people of our country actively which launch overseas investment in the new environment. |
