| 摘 要： | 教学是高校的中心工作,教学质量是高校发展的生命线,提高教学质量是高校教育工作的核心,而提高教学管理水平又是提高教学质量的前提和基础.不断改革和完善教学管理体制,创造和建立新的适应人才培养和素质提高的教学管理制度,采取切实可行的措施,加强和规范教学管理,加强教学管理队伍建设,才能提高教学管理水平.

| Abstract: | Teaching is the essential work of high college,teaching quality is the lifeline of university,perfect teaching quality is so important to teaching work,but improves the level of control is the base and presequisite.Insist on reforming and perfecting teaching control mechanism,create and build a new teaching mechanism which adopt training human beings and improving quality,enhance teaching management and build administration,then we can raise the level of teaching management. |
