| 摘 要： | 内蒙古自治区是我国地理标志资源大区,在内蒙古地区充分保护和利用好地理标志,是国家可持续发展战略和西部大开发战略的需要,也是实践科学发展观解决"三农"问题的基本要求。本文总结了内蒙古地区地理标志法律特征,并对其形成原因进行深入分析,希望为建立内蒙古地区地理标志战略,推动区域经济发展发挥积极作用。
