| 摘 要： | 本文根据马克思主义以及系统工程的基本理论,在现有的循环经济基本原则基础上,提出了循环物流系统再构建原则,即循环物流系统的发展首先要考虑优化物流系统的结构,协调系统内部各要素之间的关系。

| Abstract: | According to the basic theories of the Marxism and System Engineering,basing on the existing essential principles of circular economics,how to restructure the circular logistics systems is presented in this paper.The restructuring is to optimize the structure of logistics system preferentially and to synchronize all parts of the system for developing the circular logistics system. |
