| 摘 要： | 基于网络协议自组织的视角分析企业战略网络的稳定性问题,借鉴经济学理论和博弈理论,建立了网络协议自组织的经济模型,通过对战略网络内部节点企业的一次博弈和重复博弈进行研究分析,总结出了保障企业战略网络稳定的条件:要慎重选择战略合作伙伴,建立信任机制降低成员企业流动性,同时企业要采取适合自身发展的学习策略,在充分相互监督和成员企业流动性充分低的条件下,使网络内企业明白只有建立长效的合作机制才能促进战略网络的发展与演化。
