关于林木生物质能源产业化问题的思考

在分析林木生物质能源含义及自然特点的基础上,简要介绍了当前我国的能源形势。根据我国林木生物质能源的开发利用尚处于起步阶段,尚未开始实质性的产业化建设的现状,着重分析了我国林木生物质能源产业化过程中的资源问题、技术问题、政策问题,提出了有关能源树种选择与培育、开发利用技术创新、生产与投资等方面的政策建议。

The paper first summarizes and analyzes the meaning of the woody biomass energy. Then it generally introduces the situation of woody biomass energy in China nowadays, and points out the features and advantages itself. Accounting to the condition of the woody biomass energy in China, and on the basis of the strength and weakness such as in the aspects of resouces, technology and related policy in the process of industrialization of woody biomass energy in China, it gives policy advices about woody biomass energy in our country, such as in energy tree species choice and cultivation, techonolgical innovation, manufacture and investment, and so on.
