| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the current situation and effects in new rural construction and comprehensive rural reforms in Chongqing,and set forth the main problems and facing the historic opportunity,finally clear to strengthen the building of new socialist countryside and rural comprehensive reform ideas,principles,development goals and priorities,and put forward relevant policy measures and recommendations. |
