| 摘 要： | 大陆台资企业的融资渠道以内部融资和间接融资为主，融资障碍是台资企业生产经营过程中面临的主要问题。根据发生原因不同，大陆台资企业的融资障碍具有多种类型，信用担保能力低和银行放款成本高是约束台资企业融资的主要原因。解决大陆台资企业融资障碍的途径，应该从改善融资环境和提高台资企业自身素质等方面入手，运用多种方式拓展融资渠道，最大限度地满足台资企业投资经营的资金需求。

| Abstract: | Inner financing and indirect financing methods are the main financing channels of Taiwan-owned enterprises in mainland China, and financing obstacles are the key problems during the production and management of Taiwan-owned enterprises.
