| Abstract: | The paper employs analytic hierarchy process to draw up the specific evaluation index system of cargo owner satisfaction of railway express and then studies the evaluation methods,proposing to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model where the weight coefficients are obtained through improved entropy method. |
