| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the current status of Photovoltaie industry and the principle of solar cell surface Texturing. The mechanical structure and function divisions of this automatic texturing ＆cleaning equipment were respectively described in detail. Detailed introduction emphasizes on the design method and keypoint technique of the two important buildup components-texturing bank and manipulator. By solving the technical problems encountered in the production process, it makes the epuipment more improved and excellent. |
