| 摘 要： | 图书馆数字化建设对馆员素质提出了更高要求，目前地方高校图书馆员数量偏少、学历结构和知识结构有待进一步优化。不能满足图书馆数字化建设的需要，这些问题可通过引进高层次人才、建立良好的用人机制、加强培训和科研工作来解决。
