| 摘 要： | 企业多角化的过程,是知识吸收能力发挥作用的过程,较强的知识吸收能力便于企业开展多角化经营。企业的吸收能力有路径依赖的特性,因此受吸收能力影响的多角化也是路径依赖的和演进的,多角化目标业务与核心业务的距离、多角化的速度和模式都与吸收能力密切相关。

| Abstract: | Diversification is an exertion process of absorptive capacity, and strong knowledge base and absorptive capacity can facilitate diversification. Diversification is path dependence and evolutionary as well as absorptive capacity. The average diversification entry distance, diversification model and diversification frequency are positively associate to absorptive capacity. |
