论新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想的继承和发展

十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在对中国经济发展阶段进行多角度、全方位思考的基础上,形成了以新发展理念为主要内容的习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想。本文比较研究了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想与邓小平理论,发现从邓小平理论到习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想存在一个清晰的发展脉络:从“发展才是硬道理”到新发展理念、从“为人民谋福利”到坚持以人民为中心的发展思想、从“两个飞跃”到实施乡村振兴战略、从社会主义与市场经济结合到党-政府-市场关系重构、从局部渐进式改革到系统整体性改革,习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想是对邓小平理论的继承、发展和创新。

Study on the Inheritance and Development of Economic Thought of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping at its core has formulated Xi Jinping’s economic thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,with the new development idea as its main content,on the basis of multi-angle and all-dimensional thinking on the stage of China’s economic development.This paper makes a comparative study of Xi Jinping′s thought on socialist economy with Chinese characteristics for a new era and Deng Xiaoping theory,and finds that there is a clear development context from Deng Xiaoping theory to Xi Jinping′s economic thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era:from the idea of " development is the absolute principle" to the new development philosophy,from the idea of "seeking welfare for the people" to the development idea of "people-centered",from "two leaps" thought to the strategy of rural reconstruction,from the combination of socialism and market economy to relations refactoring of party-government-the market,from partial incremental reforms to the reforms of system integrity,Xi Jinping’s economic thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is the inheritance,development and innovation of Deng Xiaoping theory.
