| Abstract: | As professional and modern commecial logistics facilities, logistics real estate is very important to improve the logistics operating efficiency for its enterprisal customers. Based on discussing the implication and the value innovation of logistics real estate, this paper summarizes three kind of basic operation modes of it, so as to promote the development of logistics real estate in china. |
