摘    要:刘翔的天价保单作为一种炒作的噱头,并不能掩盖我国保险业在产品创新上与西方国家的巨大差距。到目前,我国保险市场日益凸显创新力能力不强,保险产品普遍同质化,保险市场有效供给不足,产品低水平竞争等问题。提高我国保险业产品创新能力急需解决好以下问题:建立险种创新保护机制;完善市场进入与退出机制,营造公平的竞争环境;通过保险业务流程再造,适当放权,构建适应市场需求的产品创新组织模式。

Abstract:As a form of advertisement,liu -xiang’s vast insurance policy can not cover up the immense gap in insurance product innovation between our country and the Western.Up to now,china’s insurance market still have some problems such as poor capability of innovation,homogenization and low level competition of insurance products,insufficiency of effective supply.Establishing the protection system for production innovation,improving the market entry and exit mechanism,reengineer-ing the process of insurance innovation are the important things which need to be handled.
