基于层次分析法的山东省旅游业投资环境研究

收集和统计了2007年山东省17个地市和旅游业投资环境相关指标的数据,采用层次分析法(AHP),对山东省旅游投资环境进行了综合分析和评价。通过对影响旅游投资的环境因素进行调查、分析和研究,构建了山东省旅游业投资环境指标体系。该指标体系分为三级:一级指标为目标层—旅游业投资环境;二级指标为结构层—经济发展水平、基础设施状况、旅游经济水平、科教文化和卫生环境;三级指标为具体指标层,包括GDP、第三产业比重等25个具体指标。根据专家意见,确定指标权重,对原始数据进行标准化处理,计算得出各个城市旅游业投资环境得分值。把山东省旅游业投资环境划分为4个类型,对其差异产生的因素进行了分析。

Research of Shangdong province tourism industry investment enviornment basing on AHP analysis

Data related with tourism investment envionment of 17 cities in Shan Dong Province were collected and counted and comprehensive analysis and evaluation of tourism investment envionment of Shan Dong Province were made with analytic hierarchy pro-cess.Index system of tourism investment envionment of Shan Dong Province was established via research and analysis of envionment factors impacting tourism investment.The system can be classfied into three levels：the first level was the tourism investment envionment;the second level was the frame including ecomic developing level,basic establishment,tourism economy,education and surroundings;the third level was the detailed index including 25 index such as GDP and so on.The index weight was fixed referring to the expert advice,the initial data were standarded,score of tourism investment environment of each city was calculated and detailed analysis and evaluation of every city＇s tourism investment environment was made.4 types were classified and the reasons of the type difference were analyzed.
