当前经济危机下的中小企业融资对策

经济危机的不断蔓延与深化使中小企业发展面临前所未有的挑战。尽管中小企业是国家经济的柱石,我国政府支持中小企业发展的合力正在形成,但依然没有解决当前中小企业内源融资不足、外源融资困难的局面。本文认为,随着我国法律制度的健全和金融市场的完善以及中小企业和银行之间信息对称、相互依存、共同发展,中小企业才会真正摆脱融资困境。

With the spread and deep impact of the eco-nomic crisis,the small and medium-sized enterprises are suffering unprecedented challenges.Although small and medium-sized enterprises are the pillars of the Chinese national economy,and join forces from Chinese government to support their development are being formed,they still undergo internal and external financing difficulties.This article holds that,by perfecting Chinese legal systems and financial market,the cooperative and interdependent relationship between small and medium-sized enterprises and banks will be enhanced.Thus,Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises will thoroughly get rid of the financing difficulty.
