| 摘 要： | 本文分析了外商直接投资对滨海新区制造业和服务业产业结构的影响后,提出了充分利用自身优势,有选择地利用外资发展滨海新区服务业的建议:充分发挥区位优势,发展物流业;利用制造业集聚优势,发展生产性服务业,利用政策优势,发展金融业和服务外包。

| Abstract: | the paper first analyze the effect of FDI on the industrial structure of manufacturer and service industry in Binhai New District, then give the proposals on how to make full use of its advantage to attract FDI to upgrade the development of certain service industries in Binhai New District： to utilize Tianjin Port to develop logistics industry, to utilize the cluster of manufacturer industry to develop producer service, to utilize favorite policy to develop finance industry and service outsourcing. |
