广东产业创新中的技术创新:贡献估计及影响因素

文章利用经典的产出模型对广东产业创新中的技术创新进行了估计,并对技术创新的影响因素进行了分析,得到如下结果:技术引进与消化支出和科技活动中科学家与工程师与广东高技术产业技术创新关系密切,且具有较强的正向影响作用。此结果说明培养创新型人才对广东产业创新有非常现实的意义。结果也反映另一个问题,广东产业创新对外依赖性较强。各个高技术行业回归结果表明其技术创新影响因素与整体基本相同,但强度不同,且广东电子及通信设备制造业对外依赖性不强,主要依靠本土人才进行技术创新,促进产业发展。文章最后提出了优先发展电子及通信设备制造业等高技术产业发展及创新型人才培养策略。

Technological innovation in Guangdong industry innovation: contribution estimation and influence factor

This paper estimates technologic innovation of industry innovation in Guangdong by using classical output model and analyzes influence factor of technological innovation, and gets following conclusion： expenditure on technology import and absoration and scientists and engineers in S＆T personnel are main factors of technological innovation of high technology industry, having increasing more influence. It shows that trainini personnel has mich practical significance on industry innovation in Guangdong. It also reflects that industry innovation in Guangdong is dependent on foeign country. The result of analyzing specific high technology industry shows that electronic and telecommunication equipments industry is less dependent on foeign country. It mainly relies on its local personnel to innovate technology and develop industry. Finally the paper points out strategy of developing high technology industry and trainini innovative personnel.
