改革开放30年我国农村劳动力转移问题探究

改革开放30多年来,中国农村发生了巨大的变化,农村劳动力大面积转移给城乡发展创造了条件。但农村劳动力转移不科学、盲目,导致众多问题的出现,究其原因主要是劳动力素质不高、信息不畅通、管理不科学等因素造成的。通过分析,结合我国农村的实际情况,提出了诸如加快小城镇建设、发展乡镇企业、增加农民职业技能培训、完善劳动力市场体系等方法予以解决。农村劳动力有计划、有步骤、有质量的科学转移不仅对农村,也是对城市,更是对整个国家的发展起着非常重要的作用。

Probing into China countryside laborer transferring problem in urbanization process in urban and country economy socialization

Since the reform and opening-up 30 years a go, Chinese rural areas have changed dramatically.The large scale of transfering rural labor out of farming sets stage for urban and rural development.However, the unscientific and blind rural labor transfer leads to a lot of problems.The main reasons are the unqulified labor, the blocked imformation and the unscien-tific management.Through analysis and combination of rural reality,this paper briefly discusses several solutions,such as accelerating the small town constrction. developing township enterprises, enhancing peasants＇vocationa sills training , perfecting the labor market system and so on. A planned ,systematic aria qualified scientific transfer will not only benefit the, rural and urban ares, Dut also make a siginficant contribution to the development in the whole country.
