| 摘 要： | 科技型中小企业是我国科技创新的重要生力军,但在其创业创新过程中,普遍存在着融资难的问题,本文对科技型中小企业持续发展中,政府建立金融支持体系进行了研究,包括搭建交流平台、健全评估体系、多方位提供资本支持、引导企业提升信用等级等。

| Abstract: | High-tech small and medium-sized enterprises are important power of China＇s scientific and technological innovation, but in the process of inno- vation and entrepreneurship, they often encounter the difficulty of financing, this paper studied how to establish financial support system for high-tech SMEs, including the follow aspects：to construct communicate platform, perfect assessment system, provide capital support multi-directionally, guide enterprises to upgrade the credit rating and so on. |
