| 摘 要： | 2007年4月以来,随着美国次贷危机的不断延伸,华尔街五大投行全部覆灭。金融创新产品在投资银行的破产中扮演了重要角色。本文通过介绍金融创新产品的特点和运作,分析了投行覆灭的根本原因,客观评价了金融创新与经济建设的关系,对我国金融创新提出建议。

| Abstract: | Since April 2007,with the continued ex-tension of the U.S.subprime mortgage crisis,the five major investment banks in U.S.all went to destruction.Financial innovation played an important role during the investment banks＇ insolvency.By introducing innovative financial products＇features and operation process,this paper analyzed the root causes of the destruction,objectively evaluated the relations between financial innovation and the development of financial industry and finished with the recommendations to the China＇s financial innovation. |
