| 摘 要： | 随着市场竞争的加剧和经济形势的变化,相当数量的民营企业在市场竞争中被淘汰出局,这使得民营企业必须进行全面的转型和提升。本文在阐明产业转型理论的基础上,分析了民营企业转型的诱因和转型的方式,并提出民营企业转型的风险和防范措施。

| Abstract: | Due to increasing market competition and changes of economy situation, quite a great number of priate companies fail to compete succesfully, which makes industry transformation and competence improvement in every aspect a necessity. The article analyzed the reasons and ways of industry transformation of private companies in China, discussed the risks encountered, and put foward the countermeasures to avoid those risks in industry transformation. |
