Probing into China capital bank's overseas mergering |

| Abstract: | Currently global finance is developng rapidly, oversea merge is becoming the only choice of Chinese bank international business strategy. This paper has analysed the motive reason, current situation and character of the oversea merge of Chinese commercial bank, discussed the risk exist in the oversea merge and mmake the strategy for specific situation according to the merge trend of international Banking. |
