| 摘 要： | 工业共生网络是生态工业园内企业生态合作的主要组织形式,是生态工业园建设过程中的核心内容。共生网络能否稳定运行直接关系到生态工业园的成败。本文旨在对工业共生网络系统稳定性的表现和风险进行深入、系统地分析,从政府层面提出相应的治理机制,并结合沧江工业园的案例予以分析。

| Abstract: | Industrial symbiosis Network（ISN） is the main organization form for cooperation companies in Eco-industrial Parks（EIPS）.It is the core part in the process of developing EIPS.So the stability of ISN is directly related to results of EIPS.This article analysts the characteristics and risks of the stability of ISN systematically.Then it provides the Governance Mechanism and illustrates it with CangJiang industrial park. |
