| 摘 要： | 本文对建设长三角科技发展战略联合研究平台的必要性和意义进行了阐述,提出了平台建设的目标和重点任务,将平台的总体结构设计成功能层、保障层和执行层三各部分,对每个部分的功能进行了详细描述,并对功能层的结构进行了详细设计,文章最后简要说明了平台的管理与服务方式。

| Abstract: | This paper described the necessary and importance of constructing Yangtze River Delta science ＆ technology development strategy joint research platform, provided the aims and tasks of this platfoem, the overall frame structure was designed as three parts whitch consists of Function layer, Support layer and Execution layer, and the structure of Function layer was detail designed. Finally, This paper also briefly discussed the management method and service rely on platform. |
