Probing into Japan small and medium enterprise internationalization promoting policy

In order to promote the internationalization of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises（SMEs）,the Japanese government has for a long time adopted some strong and effective policies and measures.After analyzing the major practices of the Japanese government for promoting the internationalization of SMEs,this paper explores how we can use the Japanese experience for reference to promote the internationalization of Chinese SMEs.
