城乡经济社会一体化进程中农村剩余劳动力的转移问题研究

目前虽然我国农村剩余劳动力的转移已经取得了一定的成绩,但无论在农村还是城市仍然有很多阻碍剩余劳动力流动的因素:在农村,不完善的社区建设和服务限制了农民工的流动;在城市,户籍制度配套改革的滞后使农民工不能享受平等的待遇。这些因素阻碍了农村剩余劳动力的流动,并制约了城乡经济社会一体化的进程。因此,必须从农村和城市两个方面对这些问题进行改革。

Research of China finance supporting new countryside infrastructure construction problem

Nowadays,although some achievement has be en made in the respect of the transfer of rural surplus labor force, there are still some factors in both urban and rural that restrict the transfer of rural surplus labor force：in rural areas, the imperfect development of communities and services limit the flow of Migrant workers;in the city, Migrant workers can not enjoy fair treatment because of the lag of the reform associated with the household registration system.These factors impede the movement of Migrant workers and restrict the integration process in urban and rural areas. So we must carry out the related reforms in urban and rural areas.
