中国企业债券市场化运行机制研究

近年来,中国的企业债券市场取得了较大的发展,但相对于国外发达的资本市场和中国的股票、国债市场来说,中国的企业债券市场还相当滞后。为此,本文从中国企业债券市场的发展现状入手,探讨了中国企业债券市场化运行机制中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出了完善中国企业债券市场化运行机制的途径。

For recent years,Chinese enterprise bonds market develops rapidly,however,as far as developed capital market abroad and Chinese stock shares trea-sury bonds market,Chinese enterprise bonds market lags behind.This article discusses problems happened at operation mechanism in Chinese enterprise bonds marketism from the status quo of the development of Chinese bonds markets and aimed at putting forward approaches of perfecting Chinese enterprise bonds marketism operation.
