| 摘 要： | 国际大都市地铁商业系统在城市商业系统中占有举足轻重的地位。本文分析了纽约、伦敦、东京、巴黎、新加坡和香港等国际大都市地铁商业开发的成功经验,并从地铁沿线土地及商业规划、土地开发模式、商业网点布局与配套、地铁商业业种业态业制的选择,地铁商业发展的指引及鼓励政策、限制措施等方面提出了对我国的启示。

| Abstract: | The metro-commerce system of the international metropolitans plays an important role in commerce system which gained much focus on in international metropolitans.This paper took the world cities such New York, London, Tokyo, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong as the successful cases which has the high developed metro-commerce system and introduced the metro-commerce system and the successful development experience of each cities, and give some enlightenment on Chinese urban metro-commerce. |
