长三角区域环保法规差异冲突及其协调研究

长三角作为我国经济发展较快、经济实力较强的区域之一,在经济发展方面也遇到了新的机遇和挑战。为确保长三角经济高速、协调发展,经济一体化显得尤为重要。但是,要推进这种经济一体化进程,必然要有规则制度一体化的保障,而制度一体化的关键又在于法制一体化。为此,本文针对长三角区域环保法规差异冲突产生的现状、差异冲突产生的原因以及协调对策这三方面进行阐述,希望对长三角环保法规冲突的解决有所裨益。

Yangtse River Delta district enviornment protection rule difference conflict and its coordinative research

As one of the rapidest economy-development area, The Yangtze River delta area also comes across the new opportunities as well as new challenges in its economy development. To insure keeping the rapid and harmonious economy development in Yangtze River delta area,it is very important to promote the economic integration in this area.it is also necessary to foster the regulations and rules integration,which based on the laws and systems integration. this thesis elaborates the present situation of the conflict of the environmental protection regulations and rules in The Yangtze River delta area,explains the reason of the conflict and also puts forward some suggestions to reduce the conflict of the environmental protection regulations and rules in The Yangtze River delta.
