| 摘 要： | 由美国次贷危机演变成的全球金融危机,进一步侵蚀了实体经济,导致全球经济下滑,给温州的民营企业在市场环境、技术创新和发展方式等方面都带来了严重的挑战。是"危"也是"机",金融危机也迫使温州的民营企业必须进行产业升级,迫使它们加快建立现代企业制度等。

| Abstract: | The globalfinancial crisis triggered by subprime lending crisis in America has further caused great damage to the？real economy to result in？global economic downturn. This brings serious challenges to Wenzhou private enterprises in market environment, technological innovation and development modes etc. It is crisis but also opportunities. Economic crisis has pushed Wenzhou private enterprises to upgrade their industries and set up modern enterprise system, and so on. |
