“三驾马车”与资源垄断权重组

当前,推动我国经济增长的"三驾马车"均出现了不同程度的问题。一是出口的数量和利润均在不断下降,二是国内外的投资效益低下和损失较大,三是国内市场消费低迷,本文分析了造成这些问题的原因,认为控制重要资源的权力垄断是根源。提出对政府的公共管理权力进行解构与重组,使垄断的权力得到制约才是治理这些问题的根本措施。

First, the amount and profit of export are declining; Nest, there is low efficiency and big loss on domestic and foeign investments; Finally, the domestic consumption demand is falling. this paper gives and in-depth analysis on these problems to come into being, and think that the source of the problem is the monopoly of power of important resource, and decompose and restructure the public power of the bovernment .is the fundamental measures.
